Experimental Study on Preparation of Dry-Mixed Mortar from Coal Gangue

In this experiment, the influence of coal gangue as admixture on performance dry-mixed mortar was studied, and results were analyzed by XRD SEM. The effects different ways crushing, particle size distribution, gangue, cement, admixture, water content retention, consistency, 7 d compressive strength investigated. show that optimum hammer crushing through 3 mm sieve cement is 83% 17% total mass (W/W), respectively, 1# compound 0.2 g/kg, amount in range 194~200 mL/kg. At time, consistency can reach 91.5 mm, retention rate 92.11%, 10.6 MPa, which meets requirements for ordinary plastering masonry (GB-T 25181-2019).
